What You Need to Know

We work hard to provide exceptional customer service and pride ourselves on never straying from our founding principles. Check out our policies below and don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or require further information.

Enquiries - We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24hrs.

Delivery - As our special range of furniture is finished to our high standard, we use trusted specialist 3rd party courier companies to deliver our furniture. Delivery schedules are usually 7-14 business days from furniture being collected from our premises. In some cases e.g. deliveries to remote areas may take longer. But we can promise you this.. It will be worth the wait! 

UK Mainland deliveries - We offer free UK mainland delivery. All other orders will be quoted for, in this case please contact us for a quote. 

Overseas orders - Any items that need to be shipped internationally will need to be quoted for. 

Returns -If you’ve had a change of heart with a non bespoke purchase, we offer a return period of 14 days from items delivery date. Return haulage is at the buyers expense. Refunds minus return transport costs will be processed once items have arrived back safely to our premises on the condition item is received in the same condition that it was sent to the buyer. 

Availability of items - All items remain on sale until full payment has been received.
