Late 19c Mahogany Campaign Chest on Chest of Drawers 
Recently restored in our workshop - This breathtaking mahogany officer’s campaign chest of drawers 
A true example of craftsmanship, this piece oozes the highest standard from head to toe. An extremely hard find this day in age to come across an original military chest of this quality. 
Manufactured in the late 1800’s for use in the military, this chest would have traveled the world on naval ships. Traditional split design to help manoeuvre from dock to cabin. 
To maximise the specialty of this piece we have given it the finest finish possible. The rich coloured solid mahogany has been given a highly polished finish and brassware given an unrivalled shine. 
Chest fitted with turned feet, brass corners/straps & carrying handles. Back of chest is also solid mahogany, as are the beautiful dovetailed joints in drawers. 
A truly exceptional piece of furniture.
